Car Decorations from Golden Plaza – HK
While we were in Hong Kong, we bought our car decorations from one of the stores at Golden Plaza. As mentioned in my previous post, the wedding stores in HK carries a wide range of different decorations, from Hello Kitty and Doraemon to Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse. You’d definitely find something to use for the center piece for your car. However, while we were browsing, we found a store that sells fake bouquets and car decorations (bows and such). We decided use a bouquet for the center piece because: 1) I feel that if it rains and I had a very cute pair of stuffed animals, it would be hard for me to keep them after it’s been soaked all day; and 2) It’s a lot easier and lighter to carry the decorations back if we use the bouquet.
Since the wedding colour was decided to be crimson red, pink and brown, we decided to use pink colour bows. Below are pictures of how it looks like. The package includes a bow and bouquet for the front of the car, a medium sized bow for the back and four small bows for the door handles as well as a row of ribbon to decorate car’s hood. We also bought two extra packs of little bows for our second car (the one for the bridesmaids and groomsmen). The total for all the above was approximately $630 HKD, about $90 CAD.

We’re planning to use my white Matrix for the wedding. The bouquet should show up beautifully in the front. What do you think?
